The depth of a carbon bed decides how long air stays in contact with it, and more contact time means more gets adsorbed. This unit runs 26 lb of carbon in a bed up to 3 inches deep, impregnated so it grabs chemical families plain carbon lets pass. Behind it, a HEPA-Barrier filter takes the particles. Blends can be matched to more than 4,000 airborne chemicals.

A deep activated-carbon bed adsorbs the chemical compounds and odors that particle filtration leaves behind, while a HEPA-Barrier stage captures 95% of airborne particles down to 1 micron. The DLX tier adds a larger carbon weight tuned for volatile organic compounds at higher concentrations, which also means more adsorption capacity and longer filter life.
Choose 600 for spaces up to roughly 2,000 square feet, or 700 for up to roughly 2,500. Built in an all-steel housing with no off-gassing plastic, made in Canada, and engineered to run continuously. It belongs to the Elevate layer of the Kove stack: the environment you recover in.
