How do I choose the right device?

Are these safe to use at home?
Yes. Everything we carry is non-ingestible and designed for home use, with clear guidance on safe use and who should avoid each device. Specifics live on each product page.

Do I need more than one device?
Not to start. A stack is built over time, one habit at a time. Most people are better served by one device they use every day than three they do not.

Evidence

Does this actually work?
It depends on the device, and we are honest about which evidence is strong and which is still early. We explain exactly how we judge it on The Science.

Do you sell supplements?
No. Kove is non-ingestible by design — technology you use, never anything you swallow.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free within the United States on every order. Most orders process in 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. Larger items like saunas and plunges ship by freight with a delivery appointment. Full details on Shipping.

How do I track my order?
You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check anytime on Track Order.

Returns & Warranty

What if it is not right for me?
Every device is backed by a warranty, and we will help you sort out a return or replacement. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return; full specifics are on Returns & Warranty.

Payments

Can I pay over time or use HSA/FSA?
Where eligible, you can pay in installments, and many wellness devices may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We show savings in real dollars, never inflated percentages. See Financing & HSA/FSA.
