Returns & Warranty

Every Kove device is backed by a warranty, and our job is to make this part painless.

Buying longevity technology is a real investment. You should feel confident before you order and looked after if something is not right.

At a Glance

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping: covered by the customer, unless noted on the product page.
  • Warranty: every device is warranty-backed; length and coverage vary by product and are listed on each product page.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Reach us before your order ships and we will refund you in full, no charge. Call (888) 876-0725 during business hours, use the chat, or email us anytime. One exception: custom and made-to-order devices go into production specifically for you, so they cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered. If you are not sure whether your item is made to order, just ask before you buy.

How Returns Work

Reach out and we will start the return for you. A few things to know so there are no surprises:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return — some product pages set their own window, which takes precedence.
  • Items need to come back unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and outright returns carry a cancellation/restocking fee — typically around 20%, up to 25% on freight items, where shipping both ways is genuinely expensive.
  • Exchanging for something else instead? Depending on the product, we can often help cover part of the cost — just ask.
  • Some items have manufacturer return restrictions and may not be returnable once shipped. We will always tell you where your specific device stands.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If you see any damage, note it when you sign, then send photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU to support@kovelongevity.com within 24 hours and we will file the insurance claim for you. For freight items especially, that 24-hour window matters for the claim to stay valid.

Warranty Coverage

Coverage comes from the manufacturer and varies by product, which is part of how we vet what we carry — we favor brands that stand behind their hardware. The specific term for any device is on its product page. Warranty covers defects that show up over normal use; damage that arrives with the box is handled as a shipping claim (reported within 24 hours), not a warranty claim.

If something is not right, contact us and a real person will help you sort out a return or replacement. We have built our policies to be as fair as we can, and we are on your team — we would rather make it right than leave you with a device you regret. That is the whole idea behind The Kove Standard.
