Free shipping on every order within the United States, with one exception for our largest freight items.

No minimums, and your exact shipping is always shown before you pay. Here is exactly what happens after you place an order, and what to expect for the larger pieces.

At a Glance

• Free US shipping on all orders. The one exception is our full-size light therapy beds and chambers, which move by dedicated freight, and that cost is shown at checkout.
• Processing: most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: most US orders arrive within 5–7 business days of being placed.
• International: rates vary by product, from a flat $14.95 on test kits up to freight rates on large equipment, and are shown at checkout. Typically 10–14 business days.
• Tracking: emailed within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

After You Order

You will get an order confirmation email right away — that means we have your order and have pre-authorized your card. We start preparing your shipment immediately. If anything is on backorder or unavailable, we will release that authorization and email you before charging.

Standard Delivery

Smaller devices ship with fully tracked carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days, and your tracking link arrives by email within 24 hours of it shipping, so you always know where your order is.

Large & Freight Items

Saunas, cold plunges, and other large equipment ship by freight with a scheduled delivery appointment, and that freight is still free within the United States. The carrier will coordinate a delivery window with you, and these take longer than a standard parcel. A few items are built to order, so timelines can vary by product.

The one exception is our full-size light therapy beds and chambers. Those move by dedicated freight carrier, so shipping runs roughly $1,200 to $2,900 depending on your address and how accessible the delivery is. Your exact cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, and you are welcome to contact us beforehand for an estimate.

Changing Your Address

Need to update your address after ordering? Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to make the change. Updates can add a little time, and if the carrier charges extra to reroute a freight shipment, that cost is passed along.

A Note on Timing

All delivery windows are good-faith estimates based on current production and freight conditions, not guarantees. We work to get every order out as fast as possible and will keep you posted if anything shifts.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates vary by product, because a test kit and a freight-size purifier are not the same shipment: kits ship at a flat $14.95, while larger devices carry their own rate. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before you pay, and some products ship free to Canada and the EU. Most international orders arrive within 10–14 business days of being placed. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and may be collected on delivery. A small number of oversized or brand-restricted items ship only within the US; if something in your cart cannot travel to your address, checkout will let you know before you pay.
