What we ask of partners
Three commitments
- Recommend what you would use yourself. Every one of our products has earned its place against The Kove Standard. We ask that your recommendations meet the same bar.
- Stay within the evidence. Describe what a device does and what the research supports. No promises to diagnose, treat or cure anything.
- Disclose the relationship. Wherever you share your code, say that you are a Kove partner. It is the law in the US, and it is how trust survives.

Before you email
Do I need to buy a device first?
No. Practitioners and studios are set up on the strength of their practice. For creators, we do ask that you actually use what you recommend, and we will talk about that on the call.
Does my client have to do anything special?
Only enter your code at checkout. Everything else about ordering, HSA and FSA, shipping and support is exactly the same as for any Kove customer.
Can you deliver to my practice instead of the client?
Yes. Orders can ship to your client's door or to your practice, whichever you prefer for that order.
What if my client already buys from Kove?
Tell us when we set you up. We will make sure your existing clients are matched to you so their orders count.
How and when am I paid?
The specifics are in the welcome brief we send after your first email, along with the program terms. We keep those in writing between us rather than on a public page.
