Found it cheaper somewhere else? We won't just match the price — we'll beat it.

We work hard to offer the best price on every device we sell. If you find a qualifying lower price on the same item — before you buy, or within 30 days of your order — we will refund you the difference plus an extra 5% of that difference. You should never have to wonder whether you got a fair price at Kove.

How it works

  1. Send us a link or screenshot showing the lower advertised price on the same item.
  2. We verify it against the conditions below.
  3. If it qualifies, we refund the difference plus 5% to your original payment method.

What qualifies

  • The item must be the identical brand and model, brand-new, unopened, and in stock at the competitor.
  • The lower price must be publicly advertised in USD on a competitor's website. Private quotes by phone or email do not qualify.
  • We compare the total delivered price — item price plus shipping and tax.
  • The competitor must be a legitimate, US-based online retailer authorized to sell the product.
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of your purchase. One price beat per order.

What's excluded

  • Marketplaces and auction sites (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and similar).
  • Sale events, clearance, open-box, refurbished, bundle, or limited-time promotional pricing — including Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Prices below the allowed minimum advertised price, pricing or typographical errors, and any offer we cannot independently verify.

If a price beat would take an order below our cost, we will let you know and do our best to find another way to take care of you. Either way, our goal is simple: a fair price, guaranteed.
