Getting more out of it
- Same time, same chair. Consistency of conditions makes the trend readable. Caffeine and sleep both move the signal; keep them steady or note them.
- Dim the room. Ambient light is the most common source of a noisy session.
- Short and daily beats long and occasional. Five minutes a day for a month tells you more than an hour on Sundays.
- Track the average, not the best. A rising monthly average is the result; a single high score is weather.
