TheraPro Recovery Pad — Regular (PEMF, Infrared & Red Light)
- Four therapies in one pad ease a sore back, shoulder or knee
- Wind down or recover with nine PEMF programs, 3 to 64 Hz
- Gentle warmth or deep heat, full spectrum infrared, 86 to 158°F
- Start in seconds, handheld remote remembers last settings
Four coils in a 9-pound pad. Why that matters
At 33.5 by 18.5 inches, this pad concentrates its pulsed field, heat, and light on a single area instead of the whole body: four coils deliver 966 gauss right where you place it. PEMF runs in 30-minute cycles you can restart, while the infrared heat follows its own timer, from 1 to 12 hours. At 9 lb, it moves from bed to couch to office chair without ceremony.
Heat, light, and pulsed fields support the body's normal recovery; they do not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Description
The TheraPro Regular is a targeted PEMF and infrared recovery pad that layers four technologies into one 33.5 x 18.5 inch mat: pulsed electromagnetic fields, full spectrum infrared heat, red and near infrared light, and TENS microcurrent. At 9 lbs, folding down to 18.5 x 12 inches, it is built for focused recovery on a back, a shoulder, or a knee, in whichever room you need it.
The handheld remote remembers your last settings, so a daily wind-down or post-training session takes seconds to start. It arrives with a canvas carry bag. Want to cover the whole body at once? Choose the TheraPro Large instead.
Key details
TheraPro Recovery Pad, Regular (PEMF, Infrared & Red Light) is a targeted pad combining PEMF, infrared heat, red light, and TENS. PEMF offers 9 programs from 3 to 64 Hz in sine and square waves at 966 gauss. Infrared heat runs from 86 to 158 °F on a 1 to 12 hour timer, and the 663 nm red light has a 2-hour auto shut-off. TENS has 20 intensity levels. It measures 33.5 × 18.5 in, folds to 18.5 × 12 × 3 in, weighs 9 lb, and draws 100W on 110V or 220V.
It fits routines built around recovery and circulation.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- Different people in the house target different spots; whoever needs it that day just carries it off.
- You split time between two places; folded, it packs like a small duffel and runs anywhere with an outlet.
- You drift off during warm sessions; heat and light shut off on their own, so dozing is not a problem.
- You want the Large's feature set at a smaller spend; the Regular trades coverage area, not technologies.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want to lie fully on the pad; the TheraPro Large covers the whole body at 58.5 by 26 inches.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Most Restore routines stop at the whole body; this pad handles the one spot that complains. It layers pulsed fields, infrared heat, red light and TENS on a back or knee, with restartable 30-minute PEMF cycles. When a cycle ends, the heat keeps running on its own 1 to 12 hour timer.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
