Thera360 Plus Portable Infrared Sauna
- Deep sweat while breathing cool air, thanks to the head-out design
- Red light with every sweat: built-in 600, 840, and 980 nm panels
- Sets up in minutes anywhere, then folds to 8 inches thin at 24 lb
- Cleaner sessions by design: low-EMF shielding, grounding mat, VOC-free bamboo
Three infrared bands, one small tent. Why that matters
Near, mid, and far infrared warm tissue at different depths, so the three panels heat you evenly instead of just toasting the surface. Two built-in light panels add 600 nm red at the skin plus 840 and 980 nm near-infrared that reaches further. You control the pace, from 100 to 170 degrees F in 5 degree steps, for up to 90 minutes.
Depths shown are illustrative. Infrared warmth supports the body's normal response to heat; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Description
The Thera360 Plus is a portable full spectrum infrared sauna that turns any spare corner into a personal recovery space. Its panels warm your body directly, so you reach a deep, productive sweat while the air around you stays at a comfortable temperature, and when you are done the whole cabin folds flat to pack away between sessions.
Everything you need is in the box, including the bamboo folding chair, foam floor, felt pad, and controller. If you want regular sauna sessions without a renovation, a few 20 to 30 minute sessions each week is all the Thera360 Plus asks of your routine.
Key details
Thera360 Plus Portable Infrared Sauna is a portable full-spectrum infrared sauna in a head-out tent format. It uses 3 TheraFusion panels with tourmaline for near, mid, and far infrared, plus 2 Tri-Lite red/NIR panels with 118 chips at 600, 840, and 980 nm. Temperature adjusts from 100 to 170 °F in 5° steps, with a timer up to 90 minutes and auto shut-off. It measures 33 × 33 × 46 in set up, folds to 42 × 8 × 32 in, weighs 24 lb, and draws 900W on 110V or 220V. A bamboo folding chair and grounding mat are included.
It fits routines built around recovery, relaxation, and circulation.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- Full-size saunas feel stifling to you; your head stays in room air, so you can read or sip water mid-sweat.
- You share your space; the cabin packs away after a session and the room goes back to normal in minutes.
- Renters and small-space households; it runs 900W on a standard outlet, no wiring or plumbing.
- You are fine sitting upright for a session; this is a seated sweat on the included chair, not a lounge.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want a walk-in cabin you can share; this is a one-person, head-out tent design.
- You would rather lie down for your warm sessions; the TheraPro Recovery Pad fits that habit better.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Heat is the recovery habit most routines drop first, because a built-in sauna is a renovation. The Thera360 Plus makes it a 20 to 30 minute ritual in a spare corner, warming the body directly with full-spectrum infrared. When you are done, the whole cabin folds flat until the next session.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
