The Thera360 Plus is a portable, full spectrum infrared sauna that brings deep heat therapy into any room of your home. Rather than heating the air around you the way a traditional sauna does, infrared warms the body directly, so you reach a productive sweat at a lower, more comfortable air temperature.
How it works
Three full spectrum panels deliver near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths that penetrate the skin and warm tissue from within. This supports circulation, muscle and joint recovery, and deep relaxation. Two additional red and near infrared panels (600nm to 980nm) add photobiomodulation, the same wavelength range used to support mitochondrial energy and skin health.

Using your sauna
Most people start with 20 to 30 minute sessions a few times per week, increasing gradually as it feels comfortable. Drape a towel over the chair and foot pad, and hydrate well before and after each session.
Common questions
How hot does it get? Up to about 170°F. Because the heat is absorbed directly by the body, you sweat effectively at lower air temperatures than a conventional sauna.
How often should I use it? Most people use an infrared sauna three to five times per week. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Is it suitable for beginners? Yes. Adjustable temperature and the head out design make it easy to start gently and build up over time.
Does it use full spectrum infrared? Yes, near, mid, and far infrared together, for a more complete experience than single range panels.
