Description
The HEALiX Infrared Sauna Blanket brings a full infrared sauna session home, in private, on your own schedule. Its far-infrared warmth in the 5 to 13 micron range works close to the body, so there is no room to heat and you can build a full, comfortable sweat lying down in your own space, then fold everything away when you are done.
Sessions run 20 to 60 minutes; most people start shorter and build up as they acclimate. Use it after training when your body wants warmth and rest, or in the evening as a quiet ritual that supports relaxation and recovery. It runs on a standard 120V outlet.

My wife and I have been using the blanket for 2 weeks now with both of us using it 4-5x week each. My husband gets into the sauna every night on full blast for an entire hour. I was getting worried but my daughter told me to just unplug it. Then my husband told me it’s on a timer. Best thing I ever got him.
Time to sweat vs a normal sauna takes a bit longer. 25 mins in at full heat i start sweating. Also I do not recommend the velcro blanket. I regret that purchase and would love to trade in for a zip up one.

As a parent to young children, I’ve tried my best to use the sauna blanket every day. This has helped me find a little bit of peace in my day and helped with reducing tension and pain in my body. I don’t have one bad thing to say about it, besides the fact that in order to use it, you need ALONE TIME, which is often hard to come by with young children, IYKYK. Thank you for this product. First of all, let me say this... I'm loaded with arthritis from head to toe, I still work out every other day of the week at 60 yrs old. This blanket gives me 90 percent relief from arthritis pain, you can feel it about 30 minutes in. I was up in the air about purchasing this blanket, I don't regret it for one second. Luckily, I was able to do the 60 minutes right away, felt really good on my aching bones...lol. Start off slow, work your way up, trust me, you won't regret it. By the way, wife loves it Also !!
