You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to come back unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Contact us first and we will authorize the return and send you the correct return address; returns sent without authorization can end up at the wrong warehouse. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and outright returns carry a restocking fee, typically around 20%, up to 25% on large freight items. Exchanging for something else instead? We can often help cover part of the cost.

I have Endometriosis. I found using a sauna to be a great relief. I had been searching for something to use at home instead of the gym. I researched a TON. I took the plunge and purchased the set of sauna blanket and PEMF mat. My pain has drastically, drastically been better. I try to use the sauna blanket 4/5 days a week. The PEMF mat 2x a day. I highly recommend these products. I researched and searched so much until I found the right products! These are it!
The Z Sauna Blanket has been such a game-changer. It’s well worth the price. I haven’t been able to use it as much as Helix recommends because it does require setting aside a large chunk of time. My goal is to make more of a concerted effort to turn this into a 4x/wk nighttime habit. I’m still working up to making it the full heat setting but definitely still feel amazing after I use it. I wanted to leave this review because size and usability were my biggest concerns before purchasing. I have advanced lipedema with significant lower-body involvement. My hips measure about 65 inches, and I weigh around 380 pounds. I was genuinely worried I wouldn’t fit or wouldn’t be able to use this independently. I was wrong. The Healix Z sauna blanket zips up fully and comfortably, and I’m able to get into it and zip it myself without assistance. That alone makes this product accessible in a way many wellness tools are not. I currently use it at 160°F for 60 minutes primarily for pain relief and relaxation. After several sessions, I’ve developed a tolerance and plan to gradually increase to 180°F, listening closely to my body. Sessions are deeply relaxing, and I consistently sleep better on the nights I use it. From a lipedema perspective, the heat helps with: Deep tissue comfort Muscular relaxation Overall pain reduction Nervous system calming This is not marketed as a cure, and I don’t use it that way. I use it as supportive therapy, and in that role, it has been very effective for me. My husband also uses the blanket. He has chronic back pain from years of wear and tear and typically hates heat. Even so, he loves this blanket and finds it genuinely helpful for pain relief. Bottom line: If you are larger-bodied, dealing with chronic pain, or managing conditions like lipedema and worry about fit or usability, this sauna blanket is worth serious consideration. It’s well-made, accessible, and delivers real comfort benefits.
I just sold my ranch and along with that was my 4 person infrared sauna which I loved. I’m not living in a place where I can have that type of sauna and was missing it so much. My body needs to sweat/release like that. I bought the HEALIX-Z Sauna Blanket because that’s what I have room for right now. I don’t love being in a small, mummy like space while I’m sweating. I want to be able to move my body and stretch, but I’m grateful to have a way to sweat and heal within the confines of my current space. I use the time in the blanket to listen to meditation tapes so that helps. I like that the blanket heats quickly and evenly. I just got it and have only used it twice. I will experiment with having a booster under my knees and more padding beneath my body. I will defiantly find a way to make ti work for me.
I have used the sauna blanket 3 times and find it very easy to use and works as described. I bought the towel that goes inside which is soft and worth it, but, it does not open down the side. It should open like the blanket. I am very optimistic so far.
After using Healix several times, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It helps tremendously to relieve my sore muscles. I take a cool shower after using and feel invigorated. I’m sleeping better too. I’m no longer going to get massages as the Heallix is working so well.
I've used my HEALiX infrared sauna blanket daily since i bought it! My joints and muscles feel so much better and I get the convenience of infrared therapy at home which saves me a LOT of bucks! I can't say enough positive things about this blanket! It's changing my life.
I’ve used it 4/5 times and so far so good!!! I’ve tried a couple different temps for about 50/55 min…around 130-140. Then a quick cool rinse off…I feel refreshed and are seeing the benefits!!! I really am using it for inflammation in the body as I travel 2/3 times a week on a plane.
