- Cordless, so a session fits around reading or a show
- Pick a 10 or 20 minute session and it switches itself off
Red and near-infrared, 660 and 850 nm. Why that matters
Red light at 660 nm is absorbed near the surface of the skin, while near infrared at 850 nm passes deeper toward the tendons and small joints of the hand. Because the LEDs line the inside of a closed mitt, the light meets the hand from both sides at close range, with no gap of air to lose it across.
Depths shown are illustrative. Light supports the body's normal recovery; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Description
The TheraGlove is a soft neoprene mitt lined with red and near infrared LEDs, made for hands that work hard all day. It runs 660 nm red alongside 850 nm near infrared from the inside of the mitt, with five modes to choose from: low, medium and high, a 10 Hz pulse, and a slow breathing pattern that rises and falls.
Slip your hand in, or unzip it flat and lay it around a wrist or elbow. A small controller on the back sets a 10 or 20 minute session and switches off on its own, and the 3000 mAh battery means there is no cord in the way while you use it. It measures 7.25 by 10 inches, weighs 8 oz, and charges over USB.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- Your hands, wrists or elbows take the strain of typing, lifting, gardening or training.
- You want light around the whole hand without holding a device.
- You like a session that ends itself; it switches off at 10 or 20 minutes.
- You want something cordless to use from the sofa.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want to cover a large area like the back or legs; the TheraPro Regular pad covers far more ground.
- You want warmth and massage along with the light; the TheraBelt adds both.

Wavelength and irradiance figures are conservative estimates based on lab spectroradiometer measurements; real-world output varies with distance and placement.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Hands are awkward to light. A panel only reaches one side and a wand needs holding. The TheraGlove closes around the hand so red and near infrared light reach it from inside the mitt, and unzipped it lies around a wrist or elbow just as easily. Sessions end on their own at 10 or 20 minutes.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
