The Vagus places two modules on either side of the neck and adds an applicator in the nasal channel, so 810 nm near-infrared reaches the area from three points instead of one. The Vielight Vagus is one of the first photobiomodulation based approaches to the vagus nerve, a non invasive way to support the vagus nerve using gentle pulsed near infrared light rather than electrical current or surgery.
