Why each placement gets its own wavelength
The X-Plus 4 pairs two wavelengths. The 633 nm nasal applicator is red, absorbed mostly at the surface it rests against, while the 810 nm body module is near-infrared, which passes through tissue more readily than visible red. Splitting them across two placements gives each site the wavelength that suits how far the light needs to travel. The session ends on an automatic shut-off at 20 minutes.
