TheraFrost Cold Plunge
- Cold on demand: quiet chiller holds 37°F, no ice runs

- Wake to a pre-chilled plunge, iOS and Android app control
- Same-day plunging: inflates in about 15 minutes, fills in 30
A thermostat for cold, set to 37 degrees. Why that matters
Ice water warms as it melts, so every ice-bath session is a slightly different dose of cold. A 1.75 HP chiller holds the tub at whatever you set, down to 37 degrees F, which makes each plunge the same stimulus and progress easy to pace. Between sessions, dual filtration and adjustable ozone bursts keep the 101 gallons ready, so the routine survives past week one.
Cold water immersion is a physical stimulus many people use in a recovery routine; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Recommended pairing
The plunge's dual filtration keeps the water clear between sessions, but those cartridges need swapping every 1 to 2 months. Keeping this 3-pack on hand means fresh filters and steady circulation without a pause in your routine.

Description
The TheraFrost Cold Plunge is a self-contained inflatable cold plunge with a built-in chiller, made for consistent cold water sessions at home without ever buying ice. Fill it once and the chiller takes the water down to 37°F and holds it there, so the tub is ready whenever you are.
Many people build cold plunging into a post-training or morning routine and say they step out feeling clear and energized. Start with short sessions and extend them gradually, and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or Raynaud's.
Key details
TheraFrost Cold Plunge is an inflatable cold plunge with a built-in chiller. The 1.75 HP all-weather chiller takes the water down to 37 °F and holds it, and the first chill from room temperature takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. The industrial-grade rubber tub measures 60 × 30 × 26.75 in, inflates in about 15 min, and holds 101 gallons at 90% fill. Power is 3600W on 110V or 220V, with an iOS and Android app for temperature, ozone, and timers. The box includes the chiller, tub, lid, pump, 2 hoses, 2 filters, skimmer, and travel backpack.
It fits routines built around recovery, energy and focus, and relaxation.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- You may move house or rearrange; nothing is plumbed in, so the whole setup relocates in an afternoon.
- You have a patio, garage, or bathroom corner for a 60 by 30 inch tub and a grounded outlet.
- You have hose access where it sits; filling and draining 101 gallons is not a bucket-and-sink job.
- You plunge in seasons; off months it deflates into the included backpack instead of hogging the garage.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You already own a tub and just need clean water; the TheraFrost Flow adds filtration and ozone.
- You prefer a rigid insulated shell and your own chiller; the Frozin 400 tub takes that route.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Cold exposure is the recovery habit most routines lose to logistics, because hauling ice gets old fast. TheraFrost removes that friction: fill it once and 37°F water waits every morning, a brisk, repeatable ritual many people use to step out clear and energized. When it needs to move, the tub packs into its travel backpack.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
