The NeuroVIZR Original is a light and sound device you use with your eyes closed. Nine white LEDs sit in front of closed eyelids and play choreographed patterns against a matched soundscape, over an experience of about eleven minutes. Many people use it to relax in the evening or to settle into focus.
It comes in Ivory White or Space Grey, and includes 72 guided sessions in the free NeuroVIZR app across sleep, relaxation, meditation, elevation and focus, along with three neuro-dosing courses. There is no subscription to use what comes with the device. If you want more later, extra content is an optional upgrade inside the app.
