Frozin 400 Cold Plunge Tub
- Holds the cold between plunges with 2-inch foam insulation and an insulated lid
- Skip daily ice runs, 3/4 inch ports fit virtually any chiller
- Comfortably fits up to 6'3" and 300 lbs in 100 gallons
- Roto-molded in the USA for years of daily use indoors or out
Two inches of foam, two chiller ports. Why that matters
Cold water only stays cold if heat cannot get in. The 400 wraps the water in 2 inches of high-density foam, with an insulated lip and lid closing the top, so ice melts slowly instead of vanishing in an afternoon. And when you are ready to stop hauling bags, the 3/4 inch quick-connect ports accept virtually any chiller, no new tub required.
How long water holds its chill varies with climate and use; cold water immersion is a personal practice and does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Description
The Frozin 400 Cold Plunge Tub turns daily cold therapy into a ritual worth keeping. Proudly made in the USA from a fully foam-insulated, roto-molded shell, it holds the cold far longer than an uninsulated barrel or inflatable bath — so every plunge is as cold as the last.
Finish: White Granite. Ideal for post-workout recovery routines and relaxation.

Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- You have a drain path nearby; the plug empties 100 gallons in place, so a yard or floor drain helps.
- Tall plungers tired of knees poking out; at 6 ft 3 in you can still get your shoulders under.
- You want to start with ice and decide on a chiller later; the ports ship capped until you need them.
- It can live outside year-round; the UV-resistant shell handles sun and the lid latches down.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want chilling, filtration, and hoses in one order; the Frozin Complete System bundles it all.
- You need a plunge that packs away between seasons; the inflatable TheraFrost Cold Plunge stows in a bag.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Cold exposure is the Restore layer's simplest lever, and the 400 removes the friction that breaks the habit: a foam-insulated shell keeps the cold and chiller-ready ports let you hold an exact temperature every session. When the water is as cold on day ninety as day one, the ritual sticks.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
