Frozin Complete Cold Plunge System
- Plunge on day one: tub, chiller, and filtration, no plumbing
- Cold on demand, whisper-quiet chiller holds a steady 37°F
- Clean water every session, built-in filtration keeps it clear
- Stays cold between sessions, 2 inches of foam insulation plus insulated lid
Cooled and filtered in one loop. Why that matters
Standing water has two problems: it warms and it clouds. This system handles both in one loop. The 3/4 HP chiller holds 100 gallons anywhere between 37°F and 60°F while the pump, filter, and strainer keep the water moving and clear, and 2 inches of foam with an insulated lid hold the cold between sessions. The plunge is ready when you are, not a project you maintain first.
Cold water immersion is a deliberate personal practice; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Recommended pairing
Cold sessions are easier to settle into when your head and neck rest against the tub's firm roto-molded edge. The pillow's water-resistant, quick-dry foam cushions that contact point and wipes clean after every plunge.

Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- You do not want to research chiller compatibility; every part here is matched and sized to work together.
- Different tolerances in one house; one person dials 55 F starter sessions, another goes full 37 F.
- Setup asks for a level spot, an outlet, and a garden hose for the first fill; that is the whole install.
- You have a permanent indoor or outdoor spot for a rigid 100-gallon tub.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You already own a chiller or want to start with ice; the Frozin 400 tub sells on its own.
- Space is tight or temporary; the inflatable TheraFrost Cold Plunge packs down between uses.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Deliberate cold is the bluntest tool in the Restore layer, and this system removes the excuses: steady 37°F water kept clean enough for daily plunges, indoors or out. Brief immersion is a controlled stressor many people use to reset after training and sharpen focus.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
