1070 nm, built to reach the brain. Why that matters
The brain uses around a fifth of the body's energy, and that energy is made in the mitochondria. Near-infrared light is absorbed by an enzyme inside them, cytochrome c oxidase, a mechanism documented across photobiomodulation research. The catch is getting light through skin and skull. Neuronic chose 1070 nm because longer wavelengths reach deeper, and spread it across 670 cm² so the whole head receives it, not one spot.
Neuronic devices are general wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and individual results vary.

Description
The Neuronic LIGHT is a near-infrared helmet built for the brain. It delivers 1070 nm light across the whole head, a wavelength chosen because it reaches deeper into brain tissue than shorter red and near-infrared wavelengths. There, the light supports mitochondrial function and the brain's own energy production through an enzyme called cytochrome c oxidase.
Sessions run from 3 to 30 minutes and are completely hands-free, so most people read, meditate or work while it runs. Start a preset from the Neuronic app or with the button on the helmet, or build your own program. It is designed to support focus, mental clarity and everyday cognitive performance as part of a consistent daily routine. Individual results vary.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- You want a brain routine you can keep at home, without appointments or travel.
- You like simple controls: a preset from your phone or one button on the helmet.
- You want something the whole household can share by adjusting the fit.
- You have 10 to 30 minutes a day to sit, read or meditate while it runs.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want to set different areas of the head on their own; the Neuradiant 1070 does that.
- You are looking for something to use occasionally; it is designed for consistent daily use.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Most brain routines ask for more effort on the days you have the least. The LIGHT asks for ten minutes in a chair. It delivers 1070 nm near-infrared light across the whole head to support the brain's own energy production, run from your phone or one button on the helmet.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
