MitoQUAD Red Light Therapy Belt
- Keep moving through your session, the belt wraps hands-free around one spot
- Surface and deeper tissue covered together, four wavelengths from 630 to 850 nm
- Run sessions anywhere cord-free with the optional 15,000 mAh battery pack
- Comfortable for full sessions: 1.2 pounds, five intensity levels
Four wavelengths wrapped around one spot. Why that matters
A belt holds the light against a curved area like the lower back or hips, keeping every diode at the same short distance where a flat panel would leave the edges farther away. Inside, 630 and 660 nm red work near the skin while 810 and 850 nm near-infrared reach deeper, and five intensity levels scale the 18 mW/cm² output to the session.
Depths shown are illustrative. Light supports normal cellular processes; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Recommended pairing
This belt wraps four wavelengths hands-free around one area like the lower back or hips for targeted sessions. For broad sessions the same week, the MitoMID panel covers upper or lower body at higher irradiance from a fixed spot.

Description
The MitoQUAD Wavelength Belt is a hands-free red light therapy belt that wraps the light around the exact spot you care about, your lower back, abdomen, or hips, so a full session happens while you read, stretch, or make dinner. Instead of holding still in front of a panel, you strap it on and carry on with your evening.
Many people use it to support recovery and everyday comfort in one stubborn area, four to seven short sessions a week. If you travel often or know you will not sit through panel sessions, this is the format that gets used. IEC 60601 compliant.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- Your target sits in the belt's reach, waist, hips, or lower back, and the strap wraps up to about 50 inches.
- The lit area is a focused band; anything outside its 22 by 5 inch window waits for the next session.
- You are fine wearing it against bare skin; the light needs a clear path, not a layer of clothing.
- Cord-free is an add-on, not included; budget for the optional battery pack if outlets are scarce.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want full-body light rather than one zone; the MitoPOD wrap covers head to toe.
- The face is your priority; the MitoGLOW mask is made for that.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Most red light routines stall because standing at a panel is the part people skip. This belt wraps red and near-infrared light around the lower back or hips while the evening carries on, so targeted sessions happen, four to seven short ones a week.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
