MitoPOD Full Body Red Light Therapy Wrap
- Head-to-toe light in one session, 62 by 54 inch coverage
- The wrap rests on skin, so full-strength 30 mW/cm² reaches you
- Folds flat at 15 pounds, stores under a bed, packs for trips
- Comfortable for longer sessions with flicker-eliminated drivers and near-zero EMF
About two-thirds near-infrared, one-third red. Why that matters
The wrap runs roughly one-third 660 nm red and two-thirds near-infrared at 810 and 830 nm, so more of the light is the deeper-reaching kind while red still works at the surface. Because it rests directly on skin, the full 30 mW/cm² reaches you rather than falling off across a gap of air, and 6,960 chips keep that even from head to toe.
Depths shown are illustrative. Light supports normal cellular processes; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Recommended pairing
The wrap covers large body areas with 660nm red and near-infrared for recovery, yet its flat neoprene can't contour to faces. MitoGLOW hovers over facial curves and adds blue and amber wavelengths designed for clearer, more even-looking skin.

Description
The MitoPOD brings full body red light therapy into a flexible wrap you can use at home, fold flat, and take with you. Instead of standing in front of a rigid panel, you settle into 62 by 54 inches of light, head to toe, and let the built-in timer run your session while you rest.
Sessions run 1 to 20 minutes on the built-in timer, and most people use it 4 to 7 times a week to support recovery, relaxation, and skin appearance. If you want full body coverage without dedicating a wall to a panel, this is the format that fits real life.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- Lying still counts as rest for you; a session doubles as enforced downtime at the end of the day.
- You have a bed or a clear patch of floor to stretch out on, with an outlet within reach.
- You do not mind a session that runs warm; a wrap around the body holds more heat than an open panel.
- You keep habits without visual reminders; a stored wrap will not prompt you the way a mounted panel does.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You prefer short standing sessions at a distance; the MitoMAX 2.0 panel suits that style.
- You mostly care about one small zone; the MitoQUAD belt is the simpler, lighter pick.

Why it earns a place in the stack. Red light anchors the Restore layer, and the MitoPOD removes its usual compromise, panels that cover one zone at a time. Resting 660 nm red and near-infrared directly on skin, it wraps you head to toe in one lying-down session while the built-in timer does the counting.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
