MitoMID 2.0 Red Light Therapy Panel
- Cover your upper or lower body without a full-body setup
- Done in about 10 minutes per area, thanks to lab-measured 68+ mW/cm² irradiance
- One panel, two jobs: red for skin appearance, near-infrared for recovery support
- Moves rooms easily at 9 pounds, whisper-quiet cooling
Half-body coverage, nine pounds. Why that matters
The MitoMID lights a half-body zone at once, more than a targeted spot but short of a full tower, which keeps the panel to 19 inches and 9 pounds. That size moves between rooms easily and still measures above 68 mW/cm² at six inches. Red at 660 nm works near the skin, near-infrared at 850 nm goes deeper.
Depths shown are illustrative. Light supports normal cellular processes; it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Recommended pairing
The panel earns its spot with broad red and near-infrared coverage for the upper or lower body in a stationary session. The MitoQUAD belt straps that same light onto one stubborn area, like the lower back, so you stay hands-free and moving.

Description
The MitoMID 2.0 is a 100 LED red light therapy panel sized for focused, higher-powered sessions at home. Its 19 by 9 inch light face covers your upper or lower body in a single sitting, pairing 660 nm red light, commonly used for skin appearance, with 850 nm near-infrared, which many people use to support muscle recovery and post-workout comfort.
Position yourself 6 to 18 inches from the panel for up to 10 minutes per area, 3 to 5 times a week, and it slots neatly into a morning or wind-down routine. It suits anyone who wants more coverage than a small targeted panel without committing to a full-body setup.
Is this right for you?
You'll get the most from it if
- You are stepping up from a small spot device and want zone coverage without giving up a full wall.
- Covering upper and lower body means repositioning between zones; one area at a time suits you.
- You have wall or door space for a 19 by 9 inch panel and an outlet nearby.
- You are fine wearing the included eyewear; at close range the light is bright enough to want it.
Maybe look elsewhere if
- You want the whole body in one go; the MitoMAX 2.0 or MitoMEGA 2.0 covers that.
- You would rather not hold a position; the MitoQUAD belt straps on and runs hands-free.

Why it earns a place in the stack. The MitoMID covers the middle ground most routines miss: more coverage than a targeted panel, none of the commitment of a full-body setup. Ten minutes per area pairs 660 nm red for skin appearance with 850 nm near-infrared for recovery support, and at 9 pounds it moves from the bedroom to the home gym without fuss.

Our approach
Every product earns its place.
No single thing changes your biology on its own. What matters is the system, and whether each piece earns its place. Here is how a device makes it into Kove.
01
Start with the evidence
Where there is research behind how something works, we read it. We look at the real mechanism a device relies on, like the wavelength, the frequency, or the dose, and whether the evidence holds up. Substance comes before marketing, and we are honest about how strong that evidence is.
02
Separate mechanism from marketing
A claim is not a mechanism. We check a device's real output against its stated one: does the panel emit the 660 and 850nm it advertises, at the irradiance that makes those numbers matter? The marketing language gets set aside. The measurable spec is what we judge.
03
Verify build and dose
Even a good idea does nothing if the hardware is weak. We confirm the output is consistent, the dose is usable in a real daily routine, and the build holds up over years, because a device only helps if it lasts as long as the habit.
04
Held to one standard
What clears every step earns its place in the system, held to the same standard as everything else. That consistency is what you can count on.
