Description
A wide biomarker picture, without the vein draw. Most panels of this breadth start with a vial of blood at a clinic. This one starts with a finger-prick at your kitchen table, and reads over 105 epigenetic biomarkers across 19 biological systems.
What this test measures
Your DNA carries chemical markings that shift with age, environment and how you live. The laboratory reads over a million of these sites and uses them to estimate where you currently sit across nutrition, glycemic and metabolic, mitochondrial and oxidative, lipid and vascular, immune and inflammation, toxins and exposures, and neurocognitive and stress. Every marker is plotted against a reference range with a percentile, so you can see at a glance what is sitting comfortably and what is not.
What this test is, and what it is not
These are epigenetic estimates of biomarker levels, not direct measurements of the markers themselves. TruDiagnostic's own position is that the outputs are intended to support clinical judgment rather than replace it, and should not be the sole basis for any diagnosis or treatment decision. We would put it the same way: treat the report as a map of where to look. It does not replace bloodwork your doctor orders, and a flagged marker is a reason to ask a question, not an answer on its own.
Who it is for

What happens to your sample
TruDiagnostic processes your sample and holds your results on their platform. When you register your kit you will be asked to accept TruDiagnostic's terms, which grant them a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable and transferable license over the data derived from your sample, including use in product development and the training of AI systems, and that consent survives deletion of your account. We would rather you read that here than meet it for the first time at registration.

Unopened, unactivated kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery; contact us first and we will arrange it. Once a kit has been activated or a sample has been collected, it can no longer be returned, because the laboratory cannot re-use a collected sample.
Cancellations are free any time before your order ships. If your sample fails laboratory quality control, contact us and we will sort out a replacement.
