This page describes the Kove Ads Reporter application and its use of Google user data.
What Kove Ads Reporter is
Kove Ads Reporter is an internal software application built and operated by Kove Longevity, the company behind kovelongevity.com. Its purpose is to help our team manage our own Google advertising and analytics accounts.
What the application does
- Generates performance reports for our own Google Ads campaigns (campaign metrics, search terms, budgets, conversion statistics) using the Google Ads API.
- Monitors our advertising budgets and alerts our team to changes.
- Creates and manages our own Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Reads our product feed status from Google Merchant Center and website analytics for kovelongevity.com from Google Analytics.
Who uses it
Only the Kove Longevity team. The application is not distributed to the public, does not manage accounts belonging to anyone else, and does not collect or process personal data of our customers or any third parties.
Google user data
The application authenticates with Google OAuth as our own account owner and accesses only accounts owned by Kove Longevity. Data retrieved is used solely for internal reporting and campaign management, is stored on company hardware with restricted access, and is never sold or shared.
